Known for her warm personality and welcoming presence, Desi is passionate about creating a positive experience for every client who walks through the door or calls the office. Her natural ability to connect with people helps clients feel comfortable, supported, and cared for from the very beginning.
Originally from Chandler, Arizona, Desi loves the sense of community and connection that comes with working in a client-focused environment. She describes herself and her family as loud, welcoming, and loving, qualities that naturally carry over into the way she interacts with both clients and team members each day.
Outside of the office, Desi enjoys reading, experimenting with film and digital photography, and exploring new restaurants and food spots around Nashville. She also has an impressive sense of direction and rarely needs GPS beyond checking the estimated arrival time. Friends and family know her as the person who never forgets a birthday and always makes others feel remembered and appreciated.
